Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. What this is
Quiz Generator ("the Service") is a tool that helps you check what you've learned. It offers a free, ready-made library of quizzes on common study topics, and two paid features that both use an AI model on a PDF you upload: one writes a quiz from a document's content, and one transcribes a quiz from a document that already contains questions and answers.
The Service is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results, interview success, or any other outcome. Quizzes — including AI-generated ones — may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always cross-check anything important against the source material or a qualified source.
2. Your account and your content
Generating a quiz from your own document requires an account (via Google, Apple, or email/password). Quizzes you generate are stored against your account so you can come back to them later.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of anything you upload — that you own it, have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share. We do not review uploaded documents for content before generating a quiz from them.
3. Purchase and delivery
Both paid features are billed as one-off charges. A quiz WRITTEN from a document is priced by how much text that document contains — you are shown the exact price after we read it and before you pay. A quiz TRANSCRIBED from your own questions is priced by the number of questions you choose in advance, and that price does not change afterwards; if your document holds fewer questions than the size you chose, you receive fewer, and we do not invent extra ones to fill the difference.
Where a transcribed question has no answer options in your document, the Service adds plausible incorrect options so the question can be answered by choosing. Where a question's correct answer cannot be determined from your document, that question is omitted rather than guessed. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.
Teacher mode is a separate monthly subscription that lets you share a quiz you own with other people by link. It begins with a 3-day free trial: you are not charged during the trial, and you have full access to the feature throughout it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown on the Pricing page, and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, including during the trial, from the customer portal link on your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancelling leaves access until the end of the period you have paid for. When it ends, results already collected stay available to you indefinitely, but you cannot create new links and existing links stop accepting new participants.
If you use teacher mode, you are responsible for the people you send links to. You decide who receives a link and what you ask them to enter. Only a name is required of them; email and phone are optional. You must have a lawful basis for collecting and holding their answers, and you must not use the feature to collect personal data from people who have not agreed to take your quiz. You can delete a link and everything collected through it at any time, which erases those participants' records permanently.
Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who acts as merchant of record: your payment is made to Lemon Squeezy, and their own terms and policies also apply to the transaction.
Delivery is immediate and on-screen: once payment is confirmed, the Service generates your quiz and makes it available in your account. See Refunds for what happens if generation fails or you're charged in error.
4. Retention
Free library quizzes require no account and store nothing about you beyond what's needed to serve the page. Quizzes you generate from your own document — and the document text used to generate them — are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can revisit them. You can ask us to erase your data at any time; see Privacy.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't try to bypass payment or access a quiz you haven't paid for.
- Don't attempt to access, view, or modify another user's account or quizzes.
- Don't scrape, systematically extract, or resell the free library's content.
- Don't upload malicious files or attempt to abuse the upload or generation pipeline.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force for a given purchase is the one published at the time of that purchase. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Questions or concerns? Contact CODIGO ARTE Kamil Szulc at i2p30mk@gmail.com.
