Try before you pay

The free quiz library lets you try the Service — the same quiz-taking experience you'd get from a paid generation — at no cost and with no account needed. We'd encourage trying it first if you're unsure.

When we refund

We'll issue a full refund if:

• Quiz generation fails and we're unable to fix it within a reasonable time
• The generated quiz is unrelated to the document you uploaded (a processing error on our side)
• You were charged twice for the same upload
• You were charged in error

Contact i2p30mk@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days and, once approved, refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy within their standard timeframe (typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement).

Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal

Quiz generation begins immediately once payment is confirmed. Under EU/UK consumer law, digital content delivered immediately with your express consent loses the standard 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun — checkout asks for that consent before you pay. This is why "I changed my mind" isn't listed as a refund reason: by the time you could withdraw, the quiz has generally already been generated.

What we don't refund

• Change of mind after the quiz has been generated successfully
• Dissatisfaction with the content of a quiz that accurately reflects the document you uploaded
• Not achieving a particular exam, interview, or study outcome

These exclusions don't affect any statutory rights you have that can't be excluded by contract.

Teacher mode subscription

Teacher mode starts with a 3-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, so there is nothing to refund — if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing at all. That is the intended way to decide whether the feature suits you.

After the trial it renews monthly. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the month you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part of a month. If a renewal charged you after you meant to cancel, write to us — we would rather refund a month you did not want than argue about it.

A refunded or ended subscription does not delete your results. Quizzes are bought separately and the results of the people who took them stay available to you; what stops is creating new links and collecting new answers.

Refunds revoke access

Once a refund is issued, access to that quiz is revoked immediately — whether the refund was requested by you or processed from the Lemon Squeezy dashboard.

Contacting the payment provider directly

Since Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, you can also see your purchase and request a refund directly through the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sends you. We're still glad to help if you reach out to us first.
